Our clients range from property companies, developers,  investment funds, private investors and individuals. A large proportion of our clients are UK based but we have helped clients from all over the world.

Our main function is in the search, evaluation and acquisition of central & prime residential property and occasionally commercial, retail and hotel interests further afield in the UK.

Predominately we source off market assets or those with development potential and work very hard to access opportunities that aren’t being touted around the market. We find these from a range of sources via extensive contacts in the industry, direct with vendors and developers, or occasionally through banks and administrators.

We have excellent relationships with architects, builders, conveyancing lawyers, local planners and surveyors, along with access to competitive mortgage & development finance brokers.

Above all, we pride ourselves on working with integrity, understanding the importance or privacy & confidentiality of both vendors and purchasers in a competitive market place.

As a buying consultant we obtain our fee from the purchaser, this is paid only if the transaction is successful, unless you wish to retain us on an ongoing basis to dedicate our time to your brief.

Success fee – The success fee is calculated as a percentage of the final purchase price. Payable – Upon legal completion or twenty one days after exchange of contracts, whichever is sooner.

Retaining fee – Payable on instruction prior to the commencement of the search. Retaining fees are fully deductible from the final success fee. Search length – Six months or twelve months.
